We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on shared hosting plans. If you're unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers
Domain name registrations and renewals
SSL certificates
Any add-on services (backups, dedicated IPs, etc.)

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Include your account email and invoice number
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts that:

Violate our Terms of Service
Have exceeded resource usage limits
Request multiple refunds
