1. Copyright Infringement Notification

ISHOPAY Services LLC ("ISHOPAY") respects intellectual property rights and complies with the DMCA. If you believe content hosted on our servers infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material (with URLs).
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
6. A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed mistakenly.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in federal court.

3. Repeat Infringers

ISHOPAY will terminate accounts of repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
